The popularity of Finnish real estate among Russians
A particularly strong decrease in housing prices was noted in Tamper and Turku, where the apartments fell down, on average, twenty percent.
According to official statistics, apartments at the end of last year fell by about three percent. The studies noted a steady shift in the priorities of most buyers from the availability of infrastructure objects and the attractiveness of the place towards the cost of housing.
According to analysts, this year a drop in prices will stop and some prices will be observed in the Finnish real estate market.
Nevertheless, despite the crisis in the European economy, real estate in Finland, definitely, continues to be very popular among Russian buyers.
