Historical heritage of the art gallery
Pinakothek di Brera is an art gallery, which was opened by Napoleon Banoparte back in 1809.
To this day, it is the largest and no less popular than at the time of opening. It put up a lot of works that were requisitioned from the cathedrals and churches of the whole of Europe. Contains many paintings on biblical topics, which indicates the piety of their creators.
The collection includes a collection of works made in the period from 4 to 20 centuries, and also includes masterpieces of artists such as Bramante, Pierrot Francesca, Caravago and Rafael.
The inside of the yard is decorated with Napoleon statue.
