Increasing available offers in the suburban market of the Moscow Region
In the Townhouse market alone in 2015, the increase in prices amounted to 65%, which was associated with a sharp decrease in the volume of housing introduced in the villages of Townhaus at that time.
It should be noted that the cost of one square meter of suburban housing was much more slow than the average cost of one meter of housing in the Moscow region, including Moscow apartments.
Experts explain this by the fact that in the suburban market the share of the offers available in the prices in the villages of the economy-class, and the share of expensive elite villages by 2017 decreased from 70-80 percent to 20-30 percent.
In the housing market of Moscow, the situation is somewhat different. The cost of one square meter of a Moscow apartment also grew, but significantly at a faster pace than the Earth in the suburbs.
