Everything that bothers. Therefore, there is before bedtime: draw up a short plan for tomorrow, all things and everything you need to do is to prescribe everything on paper, do not keep in yourself. And all the emotions in the day that haunted, do not keep in mind, but write out on paper to free their heads from them. Finish all the housework, so as not to think about them in a dream. Improte the room. Turn off the phone at night and the Internet dinner should be easy 2-3 hours before bedtime. Make stretching for flexibility before bedtime (stretching). And if it is difficult to fall asleep, then listen to relaxing music. Fresh air really needs. With other people’s problems – this is like anchors that pull you down. Unnecessary obligations that take energy. I understand that it is sometimes difficult to abandon the unnecessary. But here it is important to evaluate what depends on you and what is not. And if it does not depend on you, then just realize that you can’t do anything about it. And relieve yourself. Sometimes awareness is enough. But if there is a problem that excites, you need more information.

If you played a lot of sports or ate well, it is sometimes useful to break it and eat the harmful 🙂 And so in any business.
