I re -read about 1,000 books in my whole life (I am 25), and most of them are books on personal growth (I started to read a lot from the first grade. Perhaps that is why I had almost the highest speed of reading in the class))))
I read the sea of books on personal growth, and everywhere I watched the same thing: all the authors, as one, talked about what it was worth applying the knowledge that they would share in this book, as their life immediately turned into fairy tale.
I think you have come across this. You read and think: “Oh! This is what I was looking for (-l)! Now, after that, hemorrhoids will disappear from my life forever!”(Between the ears. Note by the author of the blog).
But what happens then?
Read, and after reading, nothing except the void arises. Because there was a hope that crashed after you turned the last page of the book.

But in life, everything happens far from.
The farther your goal is from you, the more the way you have to go to achieve it. And now it’s not about what you need to do, but in what you need to become to achieve it.
This is all and a snag. We begin to do something to achieve the goal with previous beliefs. That is why it turns out that the goal is, in principle, it is unattainable, no matter how much you do for its achievement.
Well, what for the purpose of “I’m happy”?

Therefore, I immediately want to warn that on the way to the goal you will have stress and depression (possibly), and difficulties. The farther the goal is from your beliefs and the worst with you with the adoption of yourself and hearing your intuition, the more you will have such a swing. Without illusions.
How to avoid this? And is it possible?
