A simple change of perception is able to make a real revolution in your life.
The ability to look at itself and the situation in a new way can open up the previously unprecedented opportunities.
There is nothing easier than inventing the story of how hard it is to cope with a particular task, to solve some problem, to achieve something.
But what if you ask yourself if it is possible to turn everything in such a way that it starts to give me pleasure?
Decisive changes can occur in your life without a strain, which is often the result of the feelings of anxiety, disappointment and dissatisfaction with you.
To begin to act, it is not at all necessary to wait until the situation gets out of control. You only need readiness and desire to change your perception, look at the situation differently.
If something seems to you too complicated and heavy, you subconsciously look for evidence that reinforces your opinion.
The same logic acts on everything that seems simple and easy for you. Your subconscious readily throws you many facts indicating that it is really very easy and simple!
Moments that radically change your life for the better can be stored in the “data files” of your brain, where you will extract them as necessary.
These moments remind you that you are strong, smart, inventive, resourceful and loved by your neighbor. From time to time you may forget how delightful you are actually.
In this case, just remember any of the turning points of your life, remember the time when you sought the goal (and when everyone repeated you that nothing would come of it) and at the end you got the desired result.
Moments that radically change your life for the better give you strength. Thanks to them, you understand what test is actually blind.
They show what processes, methods and people help you achieve the desired.
Think about the problems that you had in the past, and remember how you managed to cope with them. Remember how you managed to get out of the most difficult provisions. What did you think about then and what did you do to solve the problem? Thoughts that helped you in the past may well come in handy now.
Often a defining, turning point in your life is characterized by the fact that you say “yes” or “no” in response to a problem that would cause your opposite reaction in a normal situation. Thus, determining, turning points in your life are different in that your answers in such situations do not fit into a regular response model.
You responded with decisive “no” to a dubious proposal of a person close to you, despite the fact that such an answer was given to you very hard? It was a turning point, an important point in your life, the moment of truth.
Having rejected all doubts and fears, you responded with a decisive “yes”, thus starting a matter that you dreamed about all your life? Here’s another delightful moment! Even deciding to continue to take tango lessons, despite the constant feeling that you have both left legs, you created another turning point in your life!
What you learned about yourself in these decisive points can be used to change for the better other aspects of your life. If, for example, you have experienced a defining moment in the financial sector, you can take advantage of the same mindset to solve important issues in marital life.
The experience and impressions can be different, but the process mentioned above remains unchanged.
Decide what exactly you want, focus on this desire in such a way that its performance seems to you quite real, and follow your inner voice, taking actions that will help you achieve your goal in the shortest and most simple way.
EXERCISE
Remember the determining moments of your life. Indicate at least ten situations in your “Journal of Successful” that have noticeably changed your life for the better. Analyze your life, evaluating all your achievements. Memories of these achievements probably give you joy and cause a surge of enthusiasm.
Try to recall these points to the smallest details. Attracting all your senses to the rescue, try to feel them as deep as possible, feel their taste, smell and color.
Then remember the thoughts and actions that helped you in each of the determining moments. This information will be your “road map”, and you can use it to fulfill your desires.
