Every sane person sets some goals in life.
But are they always true?
You can say with confidence that all your goals are true?
I began to feel that some of my aspirations are actually “not mine”. I like them, they are pleasant to me. But I understand that working for their implementation is somehow uncomfortable for me.
Not because laziness.
But just the process itself will not inspire me. Because I miss something very important ..
And I found the answer for myself.
If you want too, read the article to the end. But for starters, I will try to give a definition as imaginary and true goals.
Imaginary goals – do not make us happier
This is their main distinguishing feature. Say, if you think that a million dollars is all you need for complete happiness, in reality it may be an illusion.
Because if in your soul you most appreciate your family, loved ones and loved ones – first of all you need to think about them.
And only then about dollars.
That is, it is important to highlight the fact that without which all other “Wishlist” simply does not make sense.
You don’t think that I don’t like money. They just do not come in the first place of my pyramid of values. And if so, then the goals in life should be set based on the values.
Otherwise, you can turn very quickly into an unfortunate person who is worshiping at work, at work, mining money.
True goals – give joy in the very process of their achievement.
Of course, it is not always easy.
There are complex moments and straining situations. But this is much easier to solve all when you look forward to the result. And you understand – this is extremely important for you and valuable.
In fact, the achievement of a true goal in life gives a base for a happy and full -fledged life. And when it is – you can already think about imaginary goals 🙂 .
Although it is unlikely to be needed.
When I revealed the true goals for myself (just the other day), it became easier for me to plan my day! Because I am no longer spraying to any trifle.
Clarity and calm in my head.
I can tell you for sure – imaginary goals interfere with efficiently and productively working. Jambs, flaws begin to get out … troubles in relations with others.
Want to get rid of imaginary goals?
Then write all those goals that you set for yourself on a piece of paper.
And ask yourself 2 questions about each of them:
“This is important to me?”
“This is valuable to me?”
If both of these questions you answer “yes” is a true goal for you.
In other cases, feel free to delete it from the list. Because imaginary goals in the most disgusting way affect your integrity and inner harmony.
And this is fraught with the fact that life will be in vain. Or to take off the important thing that you created for so long with your work.
You don’t want this, true?
