Find a place where no one will interfere with you, look around, for example, on a tree, imagine that this is a person who caused you a feeling of anger. Tell him everything that you think about him. Loudly, with emotions, shy. Let the feelings raging into you break out. No need to be ashamed. Remember, you feel feelings, nothing more than our thoughts in action. All of them serve some purpose. When we are angry, loudly, with the feeling of our body, some space forms, which opens the way for pleasant experiences. We will begin to love ourselves even better, our health will improve.
There are a lot of ways to get rid of anger. Surely each of you has chosen his own. Some pound the pillow (by the way, a very good method!), others pound a boxing pear, some (I hope you do not belong to them!) pour anger on their loved ones and, unacceptable, on their child!
