Acquisition of secondary real estate in the UAE
The acquisition of secondary housing will require additional expenses, including the cost of a realtor’s services, an execution, as well as a contribution to the Land Department.
When re -registering the contract, the presence of the buyer and the intermediary is mandatory. The finished document is usually issued after a few days.
Real estate in the UAE, acquired in property, gives the owner the right to dispose of it at his discretion: to sell, bequeath, give, transfer to inheritance.
But there are certain restrictions regarding its use: all additional buildings and restructuring, as well as another use of the Earth, must be previously agreed with the relevant management committees.
The owner’s duty includes the timely payment of utility and tax payments and the maintenance of property in proper form.
