Each of us dreams of something. Someone dreams of perfect work, a new apartment, a happy family life, and someone just wants a new lamp. What to do in order for a dream to become a reality? A few simple rules will help you not just dream, but get what you want.
Let’s start with a simple statement that, being in your constant use, will help to achieve any goal: “The universe in which we live is friendly and gracious”. This statement is almost the main one among adherents of neurolinguistic programming, because such an attitude to the world around us allows you to find any opportunities and resources to obtain the desired. The Universe is ready to give each of us anything from what we really wish.
Next, you should pay attention to how you formulate your request. For example, what a desire can lead to: “I do not want to live in an old apartment anymore”. “It will be executed,” the universe will answer, and you will lose your unloved apartment, and this does not mean at all that in return you will receive a new. It is much more effective to formulate your desire positively: “I want a new apartment”. After specify it: “I want a three -room apartment in Pervomaisky district with a view of the square”. Remember that a clear definition of the goal should not contain comparisons and negations; It should be as specific and related to sensory perception (your ideas about what you see, hear, feel when the goal is achieved); the possibilities of its achievement should depend only on you, and not on other people. Next, decide on the context in which your goal will be appropriate. While you think about the desired, turn on the sensory perception.
Think again whether this goal is attractive, whether it attracts you? When you imagine what you want, do you see yourself to receive what you want? Think about whether it is possible to divide this goal into smaller points and reach it step by step. Make sure your goal is completely satisfied with you. Ask yourself a few questions: “Is the desired goal in all circumstances of your life suitable?”; “How will the achievement of the goal in relations with your environment affect?”; “What will this goal give from what is not now?”; “What will you lose by reaching the goal?”; “What will happen if you do not reach the goal?”; “What will you lose without reaching the goal?”.
Your goal should only depend on you. Your goal should be such that you yourself can start moving towards it and finally achieve it. Make sure you can directly affect the course of its achievement.
The next step is to think about the necessary resources. What do you need in order to achieve the goal? What prevents move towards the goal now? What prevented you from achieving it before? Where and how you could “get” the necessary resources and capabilities?
Concluding the process of formulating the goal, decide how you will understand that the goal has been achieved. Think, imagine what you will feel internally when you achieve your goal, what you will see, hear, tie, smell, taste. What will become for you an indicator that your desired goal has been successfully achieved?
So, in order for the ghostly desire to become an achievable goal, we pass a few steps:
We correctly formulate our goal (positively, without comparisons, specifically).
Present the chosen goal in the sensual image.
We check that the goal depends only on us.
We clarify the context.
We find the necessary resources.
We work out steps to achieve the goal (it is advisable to accurately determine the first step and time that will be spent on achieving the goal).
We check the goal of environmental friendliness (as the goal will affect you and your environment).
Present the final result in time and perception.
Such simple rules will help to most effectively achieve any goal in all areas of your life.
